David Anthony, GM & Sommelier

David Anthony, Certified Specialist of Wine, is the General Manager and Sommelier at Restaurant L. David grew up in Fairfield, OH,  and has lived in West Virginia, Colorado, and New York City. While still in college, he was the bar manager at RattleSnake Island Resort on Lake Erie. From there he moved on to The Peaks Hotel Spa & Resort in Telluride, CO, and the Bar & Books Cigar/Port Bar in New York City.

Locally he has shared his expertise at microWINES, Party Source and VinoVolo. David most recently served as Wine Director with Jean-Robert at Table. That partnership led to his current role at L. When not serving amazing wines, David enjoys skiing, sailing and has traveled to wineries from coast to coast and three continents. He still has many countries and many more wineries on his wish list.
